A 10% caregiver platform fee is deducted from the rate. Payouts land every Friday.

Rates are set by individual caregivers and vary by experience, location and care needs. Any transport fee is agreed and shown before you confirm. No registration fees, deposits or lock-in contracts.
Each caregiver sets an hourly or daily rate, which you see before booking. Love Care adds a 10% platform fee for the family and deducts a 10% platform fee from the caregiver's rate. Families and caregivers see the same breakdown on every booking.
No. There is no registration fee, no agency deposit and no lock-in contract. If a caregiver charges a transport fee, it is agreed and shown before you confirm.
You can pay by online banking (FPX), debit or credit card, or DuitNow QR. One-off sessions are billed per booking, and recurring plans are billed weekly.
Hourly care has a minimum of 4 hours per visit. Overnight care is booked in 12-hour shifts and live-in care is booked by the day.
