Home Nursing for seniors at home in Malaysia

Home Nursing

Clinical care is performed by registered nurses who hold a valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC). Nurses can visit for a single procedure or follow a recurring schedule, and report observations back to the family and attending doctor.

  • Wound and pressure sore dressing
  • NG tube feeding and urinary catheter care
  • Injections, insulin and medication administration
  • Vital signs, blood glucose and blood pressure monitoring
  • Post-surgery observation and care

Typical caregiver rate: RM 45 – RM 70 / hour, or from RM 90 per procedure visit + 10% platform fee

Post-Hospital & Stroke Recovery for seniors at home in Malaysia

Post-Hospital & Stroke Recovery

The first weeks after discharge are when falls and readmissions happen. We arrange a caregiver before your parent leaves the ward, and can add home physiotherapy sessions for stroke, fracture or joint replacement recovery.

  • Discharge-day setup and home safety review
  • Stroke and fracture recovery support
  • Home physiotherapy sessions by licensed physiotherapists
  • Exercise routines between therapy sessions
  • Progress updates to family and therapist

Typical caregiver rate: Caregiver RM 25 – RM 35 / hour; physiotherapy RM 130 – RM 200 / session + 10% platform fee

Live-In & Overnight Care for seniors at home in Malaysia

Live-In & Overnight Care

When your parent should not be alone at night, an overnight caregiver helps with toileting, turning and reassurance. For higher needs, live-in caregivers stay with your loved one around the clock, with planned rest breaks and relief cover.

  • 12-hour overnight shifts (e.g. 8pm – 8am)
  • 24-hour live-in care with relief cover
  • Repositioning, toileting and night-time supervision
  • Ideal after a fall, a hospital stay or for advanced dementia
  • Weekly recurring plans with the same caregivers

Typical caregiver rate: Overnight RM 160 – RM 240 / shift; live-in RM 220 – RM 350 / day + 10% platform fee
